dc.descriptionIn the activities that every organization performs, they generate operating expenses of all kinds according to the activity that is carried out, whether for the payment of basic services, leases, cleaning, etc. You can’t leave aside the expenses that occur when mobilizing human resources, same that to move away from their residence the institution is obliged to pay the costs of accommodation, mobilization, food and other requirements for each activity entrusted. TAME - EP framed in this requirement creates the need to complement its master computer system in order to keep track of: applications, approvals, tracking and payment of travel expenses that are framed within the institutional services of TAME - EP, which should take the correct control of human and economic resources vital data for the institution. The present work was carried out through the application of Extreme Programing XP methodology, which differs from traditional methodologies mainly in that it places more emphasis on adaptability than on predictability, which allowed to develop this application following all its phases until reaching the implementation and testing of the module developed and in this way to cover the need to take control of this information that allows decision-making at the managerial level. dc.description.abstractEn las actividades que toda organización realiza generan gastos operativos de todo tipo de acuerdo a la actividad que se desarrolla ya sea por el pago de servicios básicos, arriendos, limpieza, etc. No se puede dejar a un lado los gastos que se producen cuando se moviliza al recurso humano, mismo que al alejarse de su residencia la institución está obligada a pagar los gastos de alojamiento, movilización, comida y entre otros requerimientos para cada actividad encomendada. TAME – EP enmarcado en este requerimiento crea la necesidad de complementar su sistema informático maestro con el fin de llevar un control de: las solicitudes, aprobaciones, seguimientos y pagos de los viáticos que están enmarcados dentro de los servicios institucionales de TAME – EP, los cuales se debe llevar el correcto control del recurso humano y económico datos vitales para la institución. El presente trabajo fue realizado mediante la aplicación de la metodología Extreme Programing XP, la cual se diferencia de las metodologías tradicionales principalmente en que pone más énfasis en la adaptabilidad que en la previsibilidad, misma que permitió desarrollar esta aplicación siguiendo todas sus fases hasta llegar a la implementación y pruebas del módulo desarrollado y de esta forma lograr cubrir la necesidad de llevar el control de esta información que permite a nivel gerencial la toma de decisiones.
