| dc.description | Physical education, sports and recreation worldwide are experiencing a process of great changes, because it is a very important component in the field of health, on the other hand if we talk about Sedentary lifestyle today is one of the risk factors for systemic diseases. cardiovascular, stress, diabetes among other diseases, without ruling out and rather as contributing to the lack of physical activities we have the COVID-19 pandemic, taking Taking into account that we are in a post-pandemic stage, in Latin America within education it is primordial the practice of physical activities that has been and continues to be, one of the constants of the human behavior, in the areas of social life. According to the Curriculum 2022 - 2023 of the Ministry of Education of Ecuador (Mineduc), implemented state policies, where pedagogical hours were increased from two to four hours of physical education per week approved for high school levels that corresponds to 1st grade grade, elementary basic 2nd, 3rd, 4th grades, middle basic 5th, 6th, 7th, grades, upper basic corresponds to 8th, 9th, 10th grades and for the high school level only two pedagogical hours of physical education a week. Thus, the MINEDUC presents the following study plan for EGB in the 2022 – 2023 school year, same that is distributed in a curriculum integrated by learning areas, where the subjects of language and literature, mathematics, social studies and natural sciences with a total of 20 weekly teaching hours in the higher EGB; while physical education contemplates four hours pedagogical lessons per week in this sector, as well as English; and other chairs such as school projects with three hours per week and finally cultural and artistic education with two hours per week, given a total of 35 pedagogical hours in the higher EGB (Ministry of Education, 2022). | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La educación física, el deporte y la recreación a nivel mundial vive un proceso de grandes cambios, porque es un componente muy importante en el ámbito de la salud, por otro lado si hablamos del sedentarismo hoy por hoy es uno de los factores de riesgo para las enfermedades del sistema cardiovascular, el stress, la diabetes entre otras enfermedades, sin descartar y más bien como coadyuvante de la poca práctica de actividades físicas tenemos la pandemia del COVID-19, tomando en cuenta que estamos en una etapa de post pandemia, en América Latina dentro de la educación es primordial la práctica de actividades físicas que ha sido y sigue siendo, una de las constantes del comportamiento humano, en los ámbitos de la vida social. Según la Malla Curricular 2022 - 2023 del Ministerio de Educación del Ecuador (Mineduc) se implementaron políticas de Estado, en donde se incrementó de dos horas a cuatro horas pedagógicas de educación física a la semana aprobadas para los niveles de preparatoria que corresponde a 1° grado, básica elemental 2°, 3°, 4° grados, básica media 5° ,6°, 7°, grados, básica superior que corresponde a 8°, 9°, 10° grados y para el nivel de bachillerato únicamente dos horas pedagógicas de educación física a la semana. Así, el MINEDUC presenta el siguiente plan de estudios para EGB en el año lectivo 2022 – 2023, mismo que se distribuye en currículo integrado por ámbitos de aprendizaje, donde constan las materias de lengua y literatura, matemática, estudios sociales y ciencias naturales con un total de 20 horas pedagógicas semanales en la EGB superior; mientras la educación física contempla cuatro horas pedagógicas a la semana en este sector, al igual que inglés; y otras cátedras como proyectos escolares con tres horas por semana y por último educación cultural y artística con dos horas por semana, dado un total de 35 horas pedagógicas en la EGB superior (Ministerio de Educación, 2022). | es_ES |
