| dc.description | This research arises from the need to generate new sources of employment in the Parish of Guayllabamba -Barrio San Juan through a tourist attraction called " MIRADOR VERDEBAMBA " due to the lack of a study it has been impossible to bid a project to help local development. Flora and fauna that make this place like its unique landscape are essential for the development of this project basis. In order to provide solutions to the problems that arise Parish Guayllabamba It has made a strategic analysis to determine the tourist attractions that are established in the market and those who are in the process to run the lookout and see the potential demand. | dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación surge por la necesidad de generar nuevas fuentes de empleo en la Parroquia de Guayllabamba –Barrio San Juan mediante un atractivo turístico llamado Mirador “VERDEBAMBA”, debido a la falta de un estudio ha sido imposible ofertar un proyecto que ayude al desarrollo local. La flora y fauna que conforman este lugar al igual que su paisaje único, son base fundamental para el desarrollo de este proyecto. Con el fin de dar soluciones a los problemas que se presentan la Parroquia de Guayllabamba Se ha realizado un análisis estratégico para poder determinar los atractivos turísticos que se encuentran establecidos en el mercado y aquellos que están en proceso para poder ejecutar el mirador y ver la posible demanda. Estudio Financiero es para identificar, evaluar cotizar los rubros que se presentan para la ejecución del proyecto en el sitio de turismo, con el fin de contrarrestar los problemas identificados. | es_ES |
