Resumen:
Eurocar es un taller automotriz especializado en la reparación de vehículos livianos, que
está en el mercado desde hace 20 años, la buena acogida en el mercado ha hecho que Eurocar
crezca con el pasar de los años tanto en infraestructura como en tecnología.
La calidad de servicio al cliente es primordial en el mundo de los negocios por lo que
cada vez más empresas buscan dar un servicio de calidad a sus clientes.
El gran inconveniente que tiene Eurocar es el mal manejo de información, ya que toda la
documentación de clientes y vehículos, trabajos realizados, facturas de repuestos comprados las
tienen guardadas en carpetas sin ningún orden, como resultado en ocasiones se pierde la
información y al momento de buscar algún dato lleva mucho trabajo encontrarlo.
Al encontrar las fallas en los procesos de manejo de información en Eurocar se determinó
que es importante implementar una aplicación que ayude con esta labor, por lo que se puso gran
interés que la aplicación a implementar tenga un ambiente agradable y de fácil uso.
Se analizó los puntos críticos con los que cuenta el taller automotriz y se creó secciones
para la gestión de clientes, vehículos, seguridad y reportes.
Adicionalmente se concluyó que es importante que el cliente esté al tanto de los trabajos
que se realizan en su vehículo por lo que se incorporó que el sistema envié un correo electrónico
al cliente con el detalle de los trabajos realizados y su próxima fecha de mantenimiento.
