dc.description.abstract	La investigación pertenece al Macro Proyecto que la Universidad Tecnológica Israel realiza en la parroquia rural de Lloa, conformado por estudiantes de distintas carreras. La parte financiera fue designada a dos estudiantes del último nivel de la carrera de contabilidad y auditaría, siendo esta investigación un complemento y aporte al proyecto de la parroquia. La información revelada en este documento, corresponde a la situación actual del proceso financiero en la parroquia; donde se identificará los posibles elementos y problemas que dificultan su desarrollo normal; para así presentar una propuesta que permita la solución de problemáticas, mediante la optimización de recursos y el uso de nuevas estrategias; con la finalidad de obtener una mejor gestión interna. El levantamiento y la propuesta del proceso financiero se realizaron mediante el empleo de diagramas funcionales, fichas de procesos y análisis de valor agregado; que permiten tener resultados claros y entendibles en esta investigación.	es_ES
