dc.description	This work Degree option to the degree of Bachelor in Public Accounting and Auditing "Audit and Administrative Management to the Company Group- Disvac SA, this audit was developed during the period 2014, Ecuador City of Quito, in the Company DISTRIBUIDORA DE LUBRICANTES OSCAR VARGAS GRUPO-DISVAC SA; a family business founded in 2000 by Oscar Ramiro Vargas Guevara is the owner of GRUPODISVAC. General aspects of the Company, the theoretical framework that helps identify the phases of the audit are preliminary, planning specific planning, implementation and communication of results. The practical analysis was performed to the system of internal control of the company, and each of the areas that make up the organization such as the Administrative and Financial Area, Marketing, Accounting and Human Resources, in which he identified the shortcomings that have each one to provide a reasonable opinion. With the implementation of the audit process sufficient evidence for execution was obtained and to determine findings, the result of the final work is reflected in the report submitted Audit as well as the issuance of recommendations and conclusions for corrective action if necessary; seeking thereby be achieved meet the goals and objectives set by the company. dc.description.abstract	El presente Trabajo de Titulación en opción al Grado de Licenciada en Contabilidad Pública y Auditoría titulado “Auditoría Administrativa y de Gestión a la Empresa Grupo– Disvac S.A., esta auditoría fue desarrollada durante el período 2014, en Ecuador Ciudad de Quito, en la empresa DISTRIBUIDORA DE LUBRICANTES OSCAR VARGAS GRUPO-DISVAC S.A; una empresa familiar fundada en el 2000 por el señor Oscar Ramiro Vargas Guevara es el propietario de GRUPO-DISVAC. Contiene aspectos generales de la Empresa, el marco teórico que ayuda a identificar las fases de la auditoría que son la planificación preliminar, planificación específica, ejecución y comunicación de resultados. El análisis práctico se realizó al sistema de control interno de la empresa, y a cada una de las áreas que conforman la organización tales como: el Área Administrativa y Financiera, Comercialización, Contabilidad y Recursos Humanos, en las cuales se identificó las falencias que tienen cada una de ellas para entregar una opinión razonable. Con la aplicación de los procesos de Auditoría se obtuvo la evidencia suficiente para su ejecución y para determinar hallazgos, el resultado del trabajo final se ve reflejado en el Informe de Auditoría entregado, así como la emisión de recomendaciones y conclusiones para que se tomen medidas correctivas de ser necesario; buscando con ello se logre cumplir las metas y objetivos planteados por la empresa.	es_ES
