dc.description	"Corporation Microempresarial Yunguilla (CMY) is an organization of private-Community origin (NONPROFIT) arising on 5 June 2000, in recent years has been growing, both in the development of productive activities and the project management with government and foreign entities. The organization does not have a manual of accounting procedures, so that their development is essential for the proper handling procedures. This manual will enable the proper handling procedures as determined by Gómez (1997), the manual "procedures is the document containing the description of the activities to be followed in carrying out the functions of an administrative unit" (p.125). In conclusion, this manual will serve them to the organization as a basic tool that all staff must follow the accounting department for the proper management of the administrative and financial side. dc.description.abstract	La “Corporación Microempresarial Yunguilla (CMY) es una organización de origen privado-comunitario (SIN FINES DE LUCRO) que surge el 5 junio del año 2000, en los últimos años ha ido creciendo, tanto en el desarrollo de las actividades productivas como en la gestión de proyectos con entidades gubernamentales y extranjeras. La organización no cuenta con un manual de procedimientos contables, es por eso, que es indispensable su elaboración, para el buen manejo de los procedimientos. Este manual les permitirá el buen manejo de los procedimientos como lo determina Gómez (1997), el manual de “procedimientos es el documento que contiene la descripción de las actividades que deben seguirse en la realización de las funciones de una unidad administrativa”, (p.125). En conclusión este manual servirá a la organización como un instrumento básico que todo el personal del departamento contable debe seguir para el buen manejo de la parte administrativa y financiera.
