dc.description	This research work is about "Development of a Social Calendar Valley Folk Tumbaco" the structure of research had to follow a sequence of steps which will be explained throughout the development. To prepare the folk calendar has been launched this investigation because it is not only important to know of the existence of culture and tradition, but also live it, care for it, appreciate it, because if we let into oblivion not have to inherit future generations. The main objective of the research is the development of a social folk calendar Valley Tumbaco that serves to promote and disseminate all about the social folklore, making him known as a great contribution to the development of tourism, so not only culture will be part of the tradition of the past but will be the starting point for progress in the future. dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo investigativo trata sobre la “Elaboración de un Calendario Folklórico Social del Valle de Tumbaco”, la estructura de la investigación tuvo que seguir una secuencia de pasos que se explicarán a lo largo del desarrollo. Para la elaboración del calendario folklórico se ha puesto en marcha esta investigación debido a que no solo es importante conocer de la existencia de la cultura y tradición, sino también vivirla, cuidarla, apreciarla, puesto que si la dejamos en el olvido no tendremos que heredarle a las futuras generaciones. El objetivo principal de la investigación es la elaboración de un calendario folklórico social del Valle de Tumbaco que sirva para promocionar y difundir todo acerca del folclore social, dándolo a conocer como un gran aporte al desarrollo del turismo, de esta manera no solo la cultura será parte de la tradición del pasado sino que será el punto de partida para el progreso en el futuro.
