Resumen:
LUBRIREPUESTOS es una empresa unipersonal con sede en Quito, Ecuador,
que inicia sus operaciones de comercio, servicio y asesoramiento técnico
industrial en septiembre de 2010. En toda la trayectoria ha logrado incrementar la
participación de suministros de partes, piezas y lubricantes en la industria,
especialmente en el sector electrógeno de generación termoeléctrico del ´país.
Debido a esto esta investigación se orienta con la propuesta de expandir a la
empresa internacionalmente, implementando estrategias que permitan
consolidarla como líder en servicio y asesoramiento técnico industrial, para lograr
este objetivo es necesario cubrir los requerimientos mínimos exigidos por el sector
productivo. También se realizará un diagnóstico para la importación de partes y
piezas desde M.D.M. Bearing Inc Miami, empresa fabricante de los equipos de
operación. Al lograr importar directamente se ganará eficiencia en el tiempo de
entrega y en consecuencia se obtendrá mayor rentabilidad monetaria. Además se
buscará obtener la representación comercial exclusiva de lubricantes minerales,
parafinicos y sintéticos de la marca KLÜBER, esto surge por la calidad de sus
productos, el cual posee caraceristicas especiales que cubren la necesidad del
sector. Por otra parte, se analizará la búsqueda de alianzas estratégicas con el
GRUPO RADICAL, para iniciar operaciones de exportación que incrementen la
imagen corporativa de la empresa.

LUBRIREPUESTOS is a sole proprietorship based in Quito, Ecuador, which
began operations trading, service and industrial technical advice in September

Moreover, the search for strategic alliances with the radical group will analyze, to
start export operations that enhance the corporate image of the company.
