Portcoll SA, does not have an internal control method in accordance with the needs that it requires, which is why this Manual of Accounting Procedures is structured, as it is one of the instruments of support for organizations in the decision-making of the Administration, facilitates the learning of the personnel, provides the precise orientation that the employee requires, to achieve the tasks assigned to him, becoming an indispensable tool for the entity since it allows to fulfill the functions and activities in a way Clear and simple of the accounting department. dc.description.abstract	El presente Manual de Procedimientos Contables tiene un ámbito de aplicación directo al personal del Área de Contabilidad e indirectamente al resto de los demás trabajadores de la entidad. Portcoll S.A., no cuenta con un método de control interno acorde a las necesidades que esta requiere, motivo por el cual se estructura el presente Manual de Procedimientos Contables, pues es uno de los instrumentos de apoyo para las organizaciones en la toma de decisiones de la administración, facilita el aprendizaje del personal, proporciona la orientación precisa que requiere el empleado, para conseguir la realización de las tareas que se le han asignado, convirtiéndose en una herramienta indispensable para la entidad ya que permite cumplir con las funciones y actividades de una manera clara y sencilla del departamento contable.
