dc.description	The present work describes the survey, documentation and structure of the processes of the zonal secretariat area of the Coordination Zonal 9-ARCSA, as it develops in the four sections that are detailed below: As the first section we have the description of the institution, its function, mission, vision, values, objectives, organizational structure and description of the area of study. The second section cites the theoretical tools that support the study of the present project, through which the solution to the research problem has been structured. The third section describes the different types of research methods used throughout this work, as well as the technological tools, documents and the proposal of optimization of the processes of the zonal secretariat area with its respective schedule. Finally, it is concluded and recommended according to the study. Key words: Strategic Addressing, Documentation, Optimization.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo describe el levantamiento, documentación y estructura de los procesos del área de secretaría zonal de la coordinación Zonal 9-ARCSA, según de desarrolla en las cuatro secciones que se detallan a continuación: Como primera sección tenemos la descripción de la institución, su función, misión, visión, valores, objetivos, estructura organizacional y la descripción del área de estudio. En la segunda sección se cita las herramientas teóricas que dan soporte al estudio del presente proyecto, mediante las cuales se ha estructurado la solución al problema de investigación. En la sección tercera se describe los diferentes tipos de métodos de investigación utilizados a lo largo de este trabajo, así como también las herramientas tecnológicas, documentos y la propuesta de optimización de los procesos del área de secretaría zonal con su respectivo cronograma.
