Resumen:
En el presente trabajo se propone un modelo de plan estratégico, cuya
aplicación se sugiere en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Policía Nacional En
la ciudad de Quito con la finalidad de dar una alternativa a los directivos de la
entidad para lograr así rentabilidad y eficiencia comercial competitiva. La
presente investigación tiene como objetivo general: La Planificación Estratégica
para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Policía Nacional de la ciudad de Quito
Periodo 2015-2015, tendientes a impulsar el fortalecimiento institucional bajo
una perspectiva de enfoque sistemático e integral, y como objetivos
específicos; -Elaborar el diagnóstico de la situación actual de la Cooperativa de
Ahorro y Crédito de la ciudad de Quito, tendiente a encontrar el punto de
referencia para la formulación del Plan Estratégico 2015-2015, -Realizar el
análisis FODA para establecer el entorno interno y externo de la Cooperativa
de Ahorro y Crédito del ciudad de Quito expresado en sus fortalezas,
oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas institucionales, -Plantear la debida
propuesta para el desarrollo empresarial de la misma (visión, misión, objetivos
estratégicos, tácticas, estrategias y proyectos). Una parte muy importante es la
Exposición y Discusión de Resultados, misma que se encuentra estructurada
en una Fundamentación teórica que contienen elementos básicos del tema
investigado, haciendo referencia a un estudio del contexto institucional de la
Cooperativa. Seguidamente se destaca todo el Proceso de la Planificación el
mismo que va desde un análisis de la entidad para definir la Misión y Visión
Institucional hasta la determinación de Objetivos, metas y estrategias que
favorecieron al desarrollo de la Institución, concluyendo el trabajo con la
propuesta de UNO proyecto que tiene el propósito de llevar hacia la excelencia
la calidad de servicios que presta la Cooperativa, sin dejar de lado las políticas
y priorizando sus necesidades.

This paper proposes a model of a strategic plan, the application of which is
suggested in the Cooperative of Savings and Credit Policia Nacional In the city
of Quito with the purpose of giving an alternative to the executives of the entity
to achieve profitability and commercial efficiency Competitive. The present
research has as general objective: The Strategic Planning for the Cooperative
of Savings and Credit National Police of the city of Quito Period 2015-2015,
tending to promote institutional strengthening under a perspective of systematic
and integral approach, and as specific objectives; - Elaborate the diagnosis of
the current situation of the Cooperative of Savings and Credit of the city of
Quito, tending to find the reference point for the formulation of the Strategic Plan
20152015, - Conduct the SWOT analysis to establish the internal and external
environment Of the Cooperative of Savings and Credit of the city of Quito
expressed in its strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and institutional threats, Plantear
the due proposal for the enterprise development of the same one
(vision, mission, strategic objectives, tactics, strategies and projects). A very
important part is the Exposure and Discussion of Results, which is structured in
a theoretical basis containing basic elements of the subject researched,
referring to a study of the institutional context of the Cooperative. Next, the
whole Planning Process is highlighted, which goes from an analysis of the entity
to define the Mission and Institutional Vision until the determination of
Objectives, goals and strategies that favored the development of the Institution,
concluding the work with the proposal of A project that aims to bring excellence
to the quality of services provided by the Cooperative, without neglecting
policies and prioritizing their needs.
