RESUMEN
El departamento de Bienestar Estudiantil de la Universidad Tecnológica Israel, se
encarga de planear y realizar tareas en beneficio de los estudiantes de la Universidad, para
cumplir con las leyes que competen para estructurar una mejor Universidad, las actividades
se planean y se llevan a cabo mediante hojas o correos electrónicos archivados en una
carpeta, incluso muchas de las actividades requieren de mucho tiempo para informar a las
personas pertinentes sobre lo planificado. Es por esto que se presenta la necesidad de
crear un sistema web para controlar y realizar el seguimiento de las actividades para cumplir
con los objetivos del departamento de una manera más eficiente y rápida.
El proyecto se realizó en la Institución, gracias a la información otorgada por las personas
que se harán cargo directamente del sistema, junto con la metodología XP (Xtream
Programming) que permite la interacción directa con el usuario final, e ir cambiando el
sistema a su gusto y beneficio.
Ya que es un proyecto institucional, también se trabajó con frameworks que se adapten
a los sistemas existentes en la Universidad, es decir con Visual Studio 2010 y SQL Server
2012, y para la interfaz del usuario se trabajó con AngularJS.

SUMMARY
The Israel Technological University`s Student Welfare Department is in charge of
planning and making activities for the benefit of the students of the University, in order to
comply with the laws that are in order to structure a better University, the activities are
planned and monitoring through paper or emails filed in a folder, even many of the activities
require a lot of time to inform relevant people about what is planned. This is why it is
necessary to create a web system to monitor and follow up the activities to satisfy with the
objectives of the department efficiently and faster.
The project was carried out in the Institution, thanks to the information provided by the
people who will be directly responsible for the system, the methodology XP (Xtream
Programming) allows direct interaction with the end user, and change the system to their
benefit.
Since it is an institutional project, we also worked with frameworks that adapt to existing
systems in the University, that is to say with Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2012, and
for the user interface was worked with AngularJS.
