Resumen:
El proyecto se encamina a la implementación de dos módulos, con el proceso para la
legalización de los títulos otorgados por la Universidad Tecnológica Israel ante el órgano
regular que en el país, es la Secretaria Nacional de Educación Superior, Ciencia,
Tecnología e Innovación SENESCYT.
El módulo de reportes mecanizados, es una parte final del Sistema de gestión para
seguimiento a proyectos de Titulación de la Universidad Israel, el cual compila la
información del estudiante que ha culminado su carrera y ha obtenido el título luego de
haber cumplido todos los requisitos.
La primera sección del módulo de reportes realiza una consulta para saber si el estudiante
ha cumplido los prerrequisitos para proceder con la legalización del título, si se han
cumplido la validación el sistema migrara la información necesaria que se ha recolectado
luego de realizar una consulta con la base de datos de la universidad y estos datos serán
enviados a la segunda sección del módulo el cual permitirá que sea modificada con los
datos actualizados del estudiante y posterior la creación del informe mecanizado para
posteriormente enviar al SENESCYT.
El segundo módulo se basa en la administración (Creación, Modificación o Eliminación)
en los catálogos (Listas de registros que mantienen una relación en común) estos son
usados en la segunda sección de primer módulo, la información de los catálogos es
proporcionada por la SENESCYT, el cual puede ser modificado por este órgano regular
sin previo aviso y deberá ser modificada en el sistema.
Reporte: Documento que pretende transmitir una información, que puede tener diferentes
objetivos.
Modulo: Sección en parte repetitiva, que es autónoma del resto y pertenece a un sistema
modular.
Prerrequisitos: Requisitos previos y obligatorios que se deben cumplir para alcanzar un
objetivo.
Habilitado: Persona que posee autorización para seguir al siguiente nivel.
Migración: Proceso mediante se traspasa información de un lugar a otro.

Abstract
