Resumen:
El proyecto “Sistema de seguridad y video vigilancia IP en una edificación inteligente
con administración y monitoreo remoto” se implementó para contrarrestar la inseguridad del
sector de Puembo, por tal motivo la panificadora “ArteSano” instaló desde el comienzo de
su inversión, es decir, desde la construcción del local. Se pudo visualizar a través de cámaras
de tecnología digital IP y NVR, la captación y grabación de eventos. Este sistema se
diferencia de otros por tener incorporado una aplicación móvil que ayudó al dar alertas en el
instante que se activa la alarma y a su vez alertando al sospechoso al activar la sirena desde
la aplicación, con el fin de evitar ser víctima de la delincuencia.
El control del sistema de seguridad contra intrusos permitió que la panificadora
“ArteSano” permanezca segura, ya que al incorporar esto obtuvo un complemento para el
sistema de control, así se evitará los robos de los artículos cuando la panificadora se
encuentre cerrada o sin la presencia del personal dentro de ella.
La inserción del sistema de incendio ayudó a conservar la edificación protegida ante
cualquier evento, tanto en el área de producción como en la de comercialización de la
panificadora, las cuales dieron un aviso de incremento de temperatura en los sitios
mencionados, mediante avisos sonoros y correos a través de la dirección de comandos
remotos del sistema de seguridad.
Dentro del escrito se tiene la introducción, donde se detalla los antecedentes,
problemática, objetivo general, objetivos específicos y la hipótesis, seguido de esto se tiene
los siguientes capítulos:
En el capítulo uno se tiene una fundamentación teórica, que consta de un marco teórico y
metodológico, en los cuales se detalla las tecnologías utilizadas, y los elementos que
intervienen en el proyecto para su correcto funcionamiento.
En el capítulo dos se muestra el diseño del producto, los diagramas de bloques, diagrama
de flujo, cálculos realizados, las plataformas en las que realizó la programación, y más
referencias de los equipos a utilizar.
Descripción:
The project "Security system and IP video surveillance in an intelligent building with
remote management and monitoring" was implemented to counter the insecurity of the
Puembo sector, for this reason the bakery "ArteSano" installed from the beginning of its
investment, since the construction of the premises. It was possible to visualize through the
cameras of digital technology IP and NVR, the capture and recording of events. This system
differs from others by having a built-in mobile application that helped by giving alerts the
instant the alarm is triggered and in turn alerting the suspect by activating the siren from the
application in order to avoid being a victim of crime.
The control of the security system against intruders allowed the "ArteSano" bakery to
remain safe, since by incorporating this it obtained a complement for the control system,
thus avoiding theft of the articles when the bakery is closed or without the presence of staff
within it.
The insertion of the fire system helped to preserve the protected building before any
event, both in the area of production and in the commercialization of the bakery, which gave
a notice of temperature increase in the mentioned places, by means of audible notices or
mails through the address of remote commands of the execution of the system.
Within the writing is the introduction, which details the background, problem, general
objective, specific objectives and hypothesis, followed by this has the following chapters:
Chapter one has a theoretical basis, which consists of a theoretical and methodological
framework, which details the technologies used, and the elements involved in the project for
its proper functioning.
Chapter two shows the product design, block diagrams, flowchart, calculations made, the
platforms on which you did the programming, and more references of the equipment to be
used.
