Resumen:
La presente investigación, considera que en el mercado nacional existe la presencia
de empresas que ofrecen servicios exequiales y no cubren la totalidad de sus
exigencias y los servicios que prestan son deficientes, sobre esta debilidad en el
mercado, se constituye la empresa La Esperanza - LESEXEQ Cía. Ltda., en el DM
Quito, el 1 de noviembre de 2016, con el objeto social de: Prestar los servicios
exequiales, para el efecto de este estudio se ha planteado la posibilidad de crear una
sucursal, en el DM Quito, parroquia Cumbayá, mediante un estudio de factibilidad, que
permitirá determinar si es o no rentable este tipo de servicio en el sector.
Esta propuesta tiene como objeto desarrollar un estudio de mercado, que permitirá
medir de manera cualitativa y cuantitativa la información que arroje el sector de
Cumbayá.
También se pordrá determinar el estudio técnico y legal necesario para poder
determinar los recursos y variables de entorno donde se realiza la propuesta.
La parte fundamental es determinar la factibilidad económica y financiera de ese
proyecto, para ello se aplicará dos indicadores vitales como Tasa Interna de Retorno
“máxima tasa de descuento para que sea rentable” y Valor Actual Neto “permite medir
los flujos de los futuros ingresos y egresos que tendrá un proyecto”, con la aplicación
de estos métodos se conocerá si es factible la inversión esperada.
