Resumen:
La investigación planteada tiene como objetivo realizar un Plan de mejora de
custodia y administración centralizada de documentos sensibles en la
Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Construcción, Comercio y Producción. La
elaboración del plan de mejora busca: 1) establecer procedimientos que
permitan tener una adecuada administración de documentos valorados, 2)
determinar funciones del personal del área de custodia y 3) implementar un
sistema de digitalización de documentos sensibles el cual permita respaldar la
información entrante, de esta forma, el documento se encuentra dividido en
cuatro capítulos. El primer capítulo desarrolla el marco teórico referente a
procesos, reingeniería de procesos y gestión documental. El segundo capítulo
analiza la metodología utilizada y se determina la población y muestra objeto de
la investigación junto a los resultados obtenidos. El tercer capítulo desarrolla el
plan de mejora de custodia de documentos sensibles en la Cooperativa.
Finalmente, el cuarto capítulo, plantea las concusiones y recomendaciones
resultantes de la investigación realizada.

The objective of the research is to carry out a Plan for the improvement of
custody and centralized management of sensitive documents in the Cooperative
of Savings and Credit Construction, Commerce and Production. The elaboration
of the improvement plan seeks to: 1) establish procedures that allow proper
administration of valued documents, 2) determine the functions of the personnel
in the custody area, and 3) implement a system of digitization of sensitive
documents which allows backing up incoming information, in this way, the
document is divided into four chapters. The first chapter develops the theoretical
framework regarding processes, process reengineering and document
management. The second chapter analyzes the methodology used and
determines the population and sample object of the research together with the
results obtained. The third chapter develops the plan to improve custody of
sensitive documents in the Cooperative. Finally, the fourth chapter, discusses the
concussions and recommendations resulting from the research conducted.
