dc.description	Analyze and improve the stock management and storage management of materials without movement, discontinued or in turn can be reused, through the elaboration of a procedure that facilitates this task, defining control policies in the inventories that allow to achieve Systematic and orderly processes for the discharge and entrance of materials to the warehouses. By elaborating new processes and updating existing ones with a good execution in the computer systems used in the entry and exit of materials, the rules and regulations must be applied in the accounting processes for a good diagnosis of the current state of storage. Establish an adequate policy to maintain stocks with an efficient rotation index, avoiding their obsolescence, and quickly evacuate the discontinued materials and develop a manual that allows the professionals of the Empresa Eléctrica Quito to efficiently and effectively manage the stock of existing materials In the warehouses of said company. dc.description.abstract	Analizar y mejorar la gestión de stock y gestión de almacenamiento de los materiales sin movimiento, descontinuados o que a su vez pueden ser reutilizados, a través de la elaboración de un procedimiento que facilite esta tarea, definiendo políticas de control en los inventarios que permitan conseguir procesos sistemáticos y ordenados para el egreso e ingreso de materiales a las bodegas. Elaborando nuevos procesos y actualizar los existentes con una buena ejecución en los sistemas informáticos utilizados en el ingreso y egreso de materiales, se deben aplicar las reglas y normativas en los procesos contables para un buen diagnóstico del estado actual de bodegaje. Establecer una política adecuada para mantener los stocks con un índice de rotación eficiente, evitando su obsolescencia, y evacuar rápidamente los materiales descontinuados y elaborar un manual que permita a los profesionales de la Empresa Eléctrica Quito manejar de manera eficiente y eficaz el stock de materiales existentes en las bodegas de dicha empresa.
