dc.description	The present project aims is to develop an audit of administrative management to the company AEI CONSULTERS & AUDITORS CIA LTDA. During the period from January 1st to December 31st, 2016, this is applied in order to analyze and develop a report that covers, recommendations and conclusions based on a technical and professional opinion. To evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness, economy, and ethics in the management of administrative that helps to improve the company’s procedures. The methodology used to perform this research analysis was the following: observation, interview, survey and the audit; through them we could see both as positive and negative significants results as well as they take part of this financial firm. The application of Administrative and Management allowed the evaluation to assess the internal control to examine irregularities, risks, differences, and weaknesses that are established in the institution. This research was executed in order to help the company to take appropriate control of all procedures of their administrative management, therefore to take corrective decisions by establishing a better efficiency, efficacy, and economy level on the material, resources and processes. dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como propósito desarrollar la auditoría administrativa y de Gestión a la empresa AEI CONSULTORES & AUDITORES CIA. LTDA. En el período 01 de Enero al 31 de Diciembre del 2016. A fin de emitir un informe que contenga conclusiones y recomendaciones en base a una opinión técnica y profesional que ayuden a mejorar las operaciones de la empresa. Los métodos empleados para el estudio del trabajo de investigación fueron la observación, entrevista, encuesta y la metodología de la auditoría mediante las cuales se reflejaron resultados significativos tanto positivos como negativos que toman parte de la institución financiera. La práctica de esta Auditoría Administrativa y de Gestión, permitió hacer la evaluación del control interno, se encontró deficiencias en los procesos administrativos, por lo cual se da a conocer a la gerencia y al personal administrativo las falencias encontradas y las posibles soluciones; a fin de establecer el grado de eficiencia, eficacia y economía en los recursos y procesos.
