dc.description	This research presents a design of a cost system that will allow us to know the results of economic operations in a given period in order to make decisions. The system is implemented by processes to obtain real costs. Without having a system that fits the particularities of the farm the problem lies in: how to determine the costs in the production of pepper, having the need to design a system of costs for the pepper producing farm of Canton la Concordia in The year 2017. It is intended to achieve each of the elements of cost by addressing a quantitative approach allowing a better economic understanding, using as units of study the five workers and the administrator. The techniques applied were the interview with the administrator and the direct observation. The design of this cost system will give a contribution that will allow to know the real costs of the production that will benefit the owner and workers of the farm reflecting exact results to determine if the plantation is profitable. Determining exact values in production is beneficial to the owner by helping to have relevant information for decision making. Keywords: Costs, production, processes, calculation, resources	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación presenta un diseño de un sistema de costos nos permitirá conocer el resultado de las operaciones económicas en un periodo determinado para poder tomar decisiones. Se implementa el sistema por procesos para la obtención de costos reales. Al no contar con un sistema que se ajuste a las particularidades de la finca el problema radica en: cómo determinar los costos en la producción de pimienta, teniendo la necesidad de diseñar un cálculo de costos para la finca productora de pimienta de Cantón la Concordia en el año 2017. Se pretende alcanzar cada uno de los elementos del costo abordando un enfoque cuantitativo permitiendo una mejor comprensión económica, utilizando como unidades de estudio a los cinco trabajadores y el administrador. Las técnicas aplicadas fueron la entrevista con el administrador y la observación directa. El diseño de este cálculo de costos dará un aporte que permitirá conocer los costos reales de la producción que beneficiará al dueño y trabajadores de la finca reflejando resultados exactos para determinar si la plantación es rentable. El determinar valores exactos en la producción es beneficioso para el dueño ya que contribuye a tener información relevante para la toma de decisiones.
