Resumen:
Hoy en día el reciclaje de metales tiene un fuerte apoyo no solo a nivel
mundial sino también local lo que es favorable para la recicladora de metales
“Vega Arteaga”, seguir en este giro, al momento está ubicada en el Cantón
Mejía frente al INIAP, sector estratégico para su funcionamiento y teniendo
como su fuerte en el Distrito Metropolitano de Quito en especial en el sur
La recicladora de metales “Vega Arteaga”, al tener más de treinta años de
existencia de funcionamiento continuo, se ve la necesidad de realizar un Plan de
Negocios ya que hasta la fecha han venido manejando de forma empírica sin
registro alguno, teniendo solo contratada a una Contadora por horas para
cumplir con las asuntos tributarios y financieros de ley, convirtiéndose en un
verdadero problema.
Al plantear como objetivo general el elaborar el plan de negocios mediante la
aplicación de los procesos de organización y gestión empresarial, marketing,
producción y servucción, legal y ambiental, para la recicladora de metales
“Vega Arteaga”, que permita mejorar la rentabilidad, se recomienda realizar una
reingeniería total para posicionarla, convirtiéndose en una de las mejores del
sector y del país realizando el reciclaje con responsabilidad

Nowdays metal recycling has a strong support not only on the world, also
locally which is favorable for the metal recycler "Vega Arteaga", continuing in
this job, at the moment it is placed in the Canton Mejía in front of the INIAP,

The metal recycler "Vega Arteaga", having more than thirty years of
existence of continuous operation, sees the need to make a Business Plan since
to date they have been managing empirically without any registration, having
only contracted a own Accountant to comply with the tax and financial issues of
law, becoming to be as a big problem.
When we proposing as a general objective the elaboration of the business
plan through the application of the processes of organization and business
management, marketing, production and legal tramit and environmental, for the
metal recycler "Vega Arteaga", which allows us improve income tax,
recommends carrying out a total reengineering to get it, becoming one of the
best in the sector and the country and carrying out recycling responsibly
