Resumen:
Esta investigación está centrada en el desarrollo e implementación de un sistema
informático con entorno web con la finalidad de mejorar el proceso de los respectivos
controles de registro de entrada, salida y búsqueda de productos, así como también la
atención a las sucursales para la provisión de mercadería y mantener el stock
apropiado de los productos.
Actualmente este proceso realiza el grupo de farmacias de forma manual, registrando
los ingresos en hoja de cálculo y los egresos de igual manera, por ese motivo el
administrador asume diferentes tipos de riesgos en el transcurso de su actividad como
son la caducidad y obsolescencia de los productos, una previsión incorrecta de
demanda de determinados productos que conlleva a la perdida de liquidez financiera
ocasionando falencias en la toma de decisiones por la lentitud y errores al momento de
realizar reportes manuales.
Todos estos riesgos identificados afectan al negocio, cuando se realiza un control
manual de todos los procesos involucrados en el control de inventarios que maneja la
bodega central de un grupo de farmacias.

This research is focused on the development and implementation of a computer
system with a web environment in order to improve the process of the respective
controls of entry, exit and product search, as well as the attention to the branches for
the provision of merchandise and maintain the appropriate stock of the products.
Currently this process is carried out manually by the group of pharmacies, recording
income in spreadsheets and expenses in the same way, for this reason the
administrator assumes different types of risks in the course of his activity, such as the
expiration and obsolescence of the products, an incorrect forecast of demand for certain
products that leads to the loss of financial liquidity, causing failures in decision making
due to the slowness and errors when making manual reports.
All these identified risks affect the business, when a manual control is made of all the
processes involved in the inventory control that the central warehouse of a group of
pharmacies handles.
