Resumen:
El uso de la información para generar valor en una organización es una de las principales
estrategias que permiten analizar y aprovechar las grandes cantidades de datos, el presente
proyecto tiene como objetivo desarrollar un sistema para apoyar la gestión laboral y la toma
de decisiones, mediante la creación de un dashboard que muestre las estadísticas principales
de la empresa Net-io Servicios S.A, con su correspondiente implementación. Se utilizó la
metodología de desarrollo XP por su realimentación continua entre el cliente y el equipo de
desarrollo; el mismo que fomenta un avance rápido con resultados óptimos y en corto tiempo.
El sistema GESNET permitió reducir tiempos de respuesta ante la toma de decisiones en un
50% y la reducción de pérdida de papeleo en un porcentaje considerable, el uso del dashboard
principal cumple con mantener visualizadores gráficos y contadores de las acciones
realizadas, demostrando que la gerencia de la empresa puede acceder a los datos de una
manera rápida e interactiva.

ABSTRACT
The use of the information to generate value in an organization is one of the main strategies
that make it possible to analyze and take advantage of the large amounts of data, this project
aims to develop a system to support the labor management and decision-making, through the
creation of a dashboard that displays the statistics of the company Net-io Services SA, with
its corresponding implementation. It was used the methodology of development XP for your
continuous feedback between the client and development team; the same that fosters a fast
forward with optimal results in a short time. The GESNET system made it possible to reduce
the response times to decision-making in 50% and the reduction of the paperwork in a
considerable percentage, the use of the dashboard main meets maintain visualizers counters
and graphs of the actions carried out, demonstrating that the management of the company
can access data in a fast and interactive.
