Resumen:
La creación de normativas de realización audiovisual es un tema que en la
actualidad debe representar una preocupación de vital importancia, no tanto por el hecho de
enmarcar la producción artística dentro de una concepción cultural ecuatoriana, sino en
términos generales, de imponer una dirección moral a la sociedad, en todas sus instancias.
El presente trabajo intenta arrojar una luz sobre este hecho fundamental, ya que el trabajo
“cultural” de la sociedad actual se encuentra diametralmente opuesto a establecer normas
de creación y más bien, respaldada en el sistema educativo, voltea la mirada de esta magna
responsabilidad, la misma que no compete estrictamente a los realizadores audiovisuales
sino a la sociedad en su conjunto.
Por mucho que las corrientes modernas hayan querido imponer una libertad de
pensamiento y de acción, no han podido enaltecer el alma humana, y muy por el contrario
la han rebajado a una condición salvaje que ha arremetido contra su propia herencia. Es por
todo esto que la sociedad actual debe servirse incondicionalmente de ideales que demanden
un esfuerzo por reestablecer todas aquellas cosas que engrandecen el alma de los pueblos y
que reclamen de los mismos, un sacrificio en bien de toda la comunidad.

The creation of regulations for audiovisual realization is a subject that currently must
represent a concern of vital importance, not so much because of framing artistic production
within an Ecuadorian cultural conception, but in general terms, of imposing a moral
direction on society, in all its instances. The present work tries to shed light on this
fundamental fact, since the "cultural" work of today's society is diametrically opposed to
establishing norms of creation and rather, backed by the educational system, it turns its
gaze on this great responsibility, the same that does not strictly correspond to the
audiovisual producers but to society as a whole.
As much as the modern currents have wanted to impose a freedom of thought and action,
they have not been able to exalt the human soul, and on the contrary they have reduced it to
a savage condition that has attacked its own heritage. It is because of all this that today's
society must unconditionally avail itself of ideals that demand an effort to re-establish all
those things that magnify the soul of the people and that demand from them, a sacrifice for
the good of the whole community.
