dc.description	The present project deals with a study on the editorial technique of Pop-up (Graphic construction with paper folds). Therefore, this project tries to evaluate new teaching and learning alternatives, under a constructivist theme, in which the user interacts forming knowledge. From this course, it is proposed as a degree project of the creation of an emerging book, based on the education of the child with disabilities that can be used for the education of children with this disability, in addition, it was determined that the Support material in the Special Institute is scarce, because teachers use their own didactic and support materials to teach their classes. The results of the project are not intended to be conclusive about a new didactic, on the contrary, it means that this valuable technique of Pop-up applies to existing techniques, it should be noted that learning and innovation are the strong points for this project. Then, all the criteria that justify the planning, research and final solution developed can be evidenced. dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto trata de un estudio sobre la técnica editorial del Pop-up (Construcción gráfica con pliegues de papel). Por ello este proyecto trata de valorar nuevas alternativas de enseñanza y aprendizaje, bajo una temática constructivista, en el cual el usuario interactúe formando conocimiento. A partir de este acontecimiento se plantea como tema de proyecto de grado la creación de un libro Pop-up, sobre los lugares turísticos de la provincia del Carchi para niños con discapacidad auditiva que tenga como objetivo aportar en la educación de los niños con esta discapacidad, además se determina que el material de apoyo en el “Instituto Especial” es escaso, pues los maestros usan su propio material didáctico y de apoyo para impartir sus clases. Los resultados del proyecto no pretenden ser concluyentes acerca de una nueva didáctica, al contrario, se pretende incluir esta valiosa técnica del Pop-up a las ya técnicas existentes, cabe destacar que el aprendizaje y la innovación son los puntos fuertes para este proyecto. A continuación, se podrá evidenciar todos los criterios que justifican la planificación, investigación y solución final desarrollada.
