La Policía Nacional del Ecuador en su objetivo de mejorar la atención a la ciudadanía
que constituye su usuario, ha creado un “portafolio de servicios” donde constan Local
Seguro, y Encargo a domicilio.
El objetivo de este proyecto es desarrollar e implementar una aplicación web para
automatizar los servicios de Local Seguro y Encargos a domicilio, la misma que formará
parte del módulo de Policía Comunitaria dentro del Sistema Integrado de la Policía Nacional
del Ecuador SIIPNE3w.
La Aplicación Web estará formada por cuatro módulos Servicios Ocasionales,
Estratégicos, Módulo de Reportes y Módulo de Administración.
El Aplicativo subió a producción en el Sistema Informático Integrado de la Policía
Nacional en el mes de Enero del 2018. Se tomaron los datos del Sistema DAVID del primer
semestre del 2018 donde ya el Aplicativo estaba siendo utilizado y se obtiene que El Robo
a Unidades Económicas ha bajado en el primer semestre del 2018 en relación al año 2017
en un 55% y el Robo a Domicilios ha bajado en el primer semestre del 2018 en relación al
año 2017 en un 47%
Se recomienda a la Policía Nacional realizar un aplicativo móvil con esta
funcionalidad para mejorar la portabilidad de la información y automatizar los procesos
restantes que forman parte de su portafolio de servicios.

The National Police of Ecuador, in its objective to improve the attention to the
citizenship that constitutes its user, has created a "portfolio of services" which includes Local
Safe, and Order at home.
The objective of this project is to develop and implement a web application to
automate the services of Local Insurance and Home Delivery, which will be part of the
Community Police module within the Integrated System of the National Police of Ecuador
SIIPNE3w.
The Web Application will consist of four Occasional, Strategic Services modules,
Reports Module and Administration Module.
The application went up to production in the Integrated Computer System of the
National Police in the month of January 2018. Data were taken from the DAVID System of
the first half of 2018 where the application was already being used and it is obtained that the
Theft to Economic Units has fallen in the first half of 2018 in relation to the year 2017 by
55% and home theft has fallen in the first half of 2018 in relation to 2017 by 47%
It is recommended that the National Police carry out a mobile application with this
functionality to improve the portability of the information and automate the remaining
processes that are part of its service portfolio.
