dc.description	The present thesis work is about implementing a Strategic Plan to increase the insurance policy contracts for the Insurance Producer Advisory Agency Conseseg Cía. Ltda, Same that was realized, previous obtaining the title in Engineering of Administration of Companies and the implementation in the Advising Agency Producer of Insurance Conseseg Cía. Ltda. The important thing of this work, is to implement strategic strategies with suppliers, in addition to achieving job growth in employees, just for this, you can perform the analysis to the company internally as external, looking for their strengths and weaknesses, to improve the services based on the proposed proposal. This work is for the purpose of looking for current and potential clients to take out insurance policies, to remain completely satisfied with the service provided, the company to increase its income and to continue with continuous improvement. dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de tesis trata sobre la implementación de un Plan Estratégico para incrementar los contratos de Pólizas de Seguros para la Agencia Asesora Productora de Seguros Conseseg Cía. Ltda., misma que fue constituida, previa obtención del título en Ingeniería de Administración de Empresas y la implementación en la Agencia Asesora Productora de Seguros Conseseg Cía. Ltda. Lo importante de este estudio, es el implementar alianzas estratégicas con los proveedores, además de obtener crecimiento laboral en los colaboradores, justamente por lo que se realizó un análisis a la empresa internamente como externa, buscando sus fortalezas y debilidades, para de esta forma optimizar los servicios a través de la propuesta planteada. Es por ello, que el presente estudio tiene por objeto mantener buenas relaciones con los clientes actuales que tiene la organización, como también la búsqueda de un nuevo clientes, para con ello adquirir una mayor la contratación de pólizas de seguro, teniendo un servicio diferenciado en pro del incremento de las ganancias de la Asesora Productora de Seguros Conseseg Cía.
