Resumen:
El presente trabajo ha sido desarrollado para establecer la factibilidad de la
implementación del sistema de procesos en el área de facturación de la empresa R.DES
SERVICIOS CORPORATIVOS CIA. LTDA.”, UBICADA EN LA CIUDAD DE
QUITO, DISTRITO METROPOLITANO. El desarrollo del Marco teórico ha permitido
sentar las bases sobre la cuales se desarrolló el trabajo realizado. En el marco
metodológico se explican las herramientas necesarias que se utilizaron en la presente
investigación. Se utilizó la encuesta y también la entrevista como parte del estudio de la
investigación. Se determinó que no existe una persona encargada del proceso ni
tampoco la empresa ha provisto de las facilidades necesarias en lo referente a las
instalaciones, para el normal desempeño de las actividades de facturación. Se elaboró el
sistema de procesos para el área de facturación de tal manera de optimizar los recursos
de la empresa, logrando de esta manera, aprovechar de manera eficiente los recursos
empleados.

The present work has been developed to establish the feasibility of the
implementation of the process system in the billing area of the company R.DES
SERVICIOS CORPORATIVOS CIA. LTDA", LOCATED IN THE CITY OF QUITO,
METROPOLITAN DISTRICT. The development of the theoretical Framework has
allowed the bases on which the work carried out is found. In the methodological
framework, the necessary tools that are used in the present investigation are explained.
The survey and also the interview were used as part of the research study. It was
determined that there is no person in charge of the process nor has the company
provided the necessary facilities in terms of facilities, for the normal performance of
billing activities. The process manual for the billing area was elaborated in such a way
to optimize the resources of the company, achieving in this way, to efficiently use the
resources used.
