dc.description	ABSTRACT In the present project, the academic management automation process for “Instituto Educativo Privado Children Genios y Noruega Escuela” corresponding to pre-basic education was carried out through the analysis, development and implementation of the SISACA academic management system that is able to meet the needs of the institution for the evaluation of children from 1 to 5 years of age regulated by the Ministry of Education and the policies of the school. For the analysis, design, construction, implementation and testing of this project, an agile Xtreme Programming methodology was used. The following development tools were used: Sqlserver as a C # database manager, as a programming language, java script and bootstrap for the management of the graphical interface, web design implementation Resposive. The architecture of the application is based on three layers of the model view / controller (MVC) for the proper handling of files at the time of programming. The system is web-oriented and consists of the following main modules: Administration for the assignment of users and privileges. Parameterization for the entry of different parameters required by the institution. Processes execute enrollment, enrollment, planning and student grades. Reports generates results of student grades through graphs. Through the implementation of this web application, the student rating method was optimized, reports generation times were reduced and errors in assigning grades were reduced, as well as obtaining academic information from pre-basic students 24/7 and from any device with access to the SISACA platform. dc.description.abstract	RESUMEN En el presente proyecto se realizó el proceso de automatización de gestión académica para “Instituto Educativo Privado Children Genios y Noruega Escuela” correspondiente a prebásica mediante el análisis, desarrollo y la implementación del sistema de gestión académica SISACA que es capaz de cumplir con las necesidades de la institución para la evaluación de niños de 1 a 5 años normados por el ministerio de Educación y las políticas del plantel. Para el análisis, diseño, construcción, implementación y pruebas del presente proyecto se utilizó metodología ágil Xtreme Programming. Se utilizaron las siguientes herramientas para el desarrollo son Sqlserver como gestor de base de datos C#, como lenguaje de programación, java script y bootstrap para el manejo de la interfaz gráfica, implementación de diseño web Resposive. La arquitectura de la aplicación está basada en tres capas del modelo vista / controlador (MVC) para el adecuado manejo de archivos al momento de programar. El sistema está orientado a la web y consta de los siguientes módulos principales: Administración para la asignación de usuarios y privilegios. Parametrización para el ingreso diferentes parámetros que requiere la institución. Procesos ejecuta la inscripción, matricula, planeación y calificaciones estudiantiles. Reportes genera resultados de calificaciones estudiantiles mediante gráficas. Mediante la implementación de esta aplicación web se optimizó el método de calificación estudiantil, se redujo tiempos de generación de reportes y minimizó errores de asignación de calificaciones además de obtener información académica de los alumnos de pre básica 24/7 y desde cualquier dispositivo con acceso a la plataforma SISACA.
