RESUMEN
Este proyecto consiste en desarrollar una aplicación web que permita la gestión de
historias clínicas y control de citas odontológicas de la clínica “Dental House”, con el
objetivo de ayudar a los odontólogos, pacientes, y poder administrar de mejor manera la
información, ya que se obtiene datos actualizados de cada paciente, basados en el
manejo de citas previas, historias clínicas, con el fin de obtener un control adecuado y
automatizado.
Las herramientas a usar para el desarrollo de la aplicación web de la clínica
“Dental House” serán: MySQL y PHP instrumentos que se utilizaran para la
programación ya que son plataformas estables, seguras y poseen interfaces fáciles para
su manipulación.
Por otra parte, se realizan las pruebas de funcionamiento a la aplicación web, con
fin de obtener los resultados verificados por el usuario de manera que acepte el producto
y así alcanzar una seguridad y solidez en el desarrollo del sistema, de esta manera se
lograra satisfacer las necesidades de la clínica odontológica.

ABSTRACT
This project consists of developing a web application that allows the management
of clinical records and control of dental appointments of the clinic "Dental House", with
the aim of helping dentists, patients, and to better manage the information, since
updated data of each patient is obtained, based on the management of previous
appointments, clinical histories, in order to obtain an adequate and automated control.
The tools to using for the development of the web application of the clinic “Dental
House” will be: MySQL and PHP instruments that were in use for the programming
since they are stable, sure platforms and possess easy interfaces for his manipulation.
On the other hand, the tests of functioning are realized to the web application,
with end of obtaining the results checked by the user so that he accepts the product and
this way to reach a safety and solidity in the development of the system, hereby it was
achieved to satisfy the needs of the odontologic clinic.
