dc.description	ABSTRACT This document is part of the implementation of the comprehensive web system for information management for the intranet of the Foundation Casa Gabriel, the main objective of automating the processes of registration and monitoring of the young people is facilitating the information management and use; for that we use the agile development methodology Extreme Programming (XP), for the collection of request the interview has been used as a research technique; In the development of the application C Sharp using the design pattern of MVC was used as the programming language. In the system they established the main automated processes of obtaining the dashboards that contain information for the decision making of the staff of the foundation. Finally, we conducted an experimental analysis based on random charts or graphs to present the impact of Business Intelligence in the academic information. dc.description.abstract	RESUMEN El presente documento se enmarca en la implementación del Sistema Web Integral de Gestión de Información para la Intranet de la Fundación Casa Gabriel, marcando como principal objetivo el automatizar los procesos de registro y seguimiento de los jóvenes, facilitando el manejo y utilización de la información; para ello utilizamos la metodología ágil de desarrollo Extreme Programing (XP), para la recolección de requerimientos se ha utilizado la entrevista como técnica de investigación; en el desarrollo de la aplicación se utilizó como lenguaje de programación C Sharp aplicando patrón de diseño MVC. En el sistema se establecieron los procesos principales automatizándolos y obteniendo dashboards que contienen información para la toma de decisiones del personal de la fundación. Finalmente se realizó un análisis experimental basado en arboles aleatorios para presentar el impacto del Business Intelligence en la información académica.
