Resumen Ejecutivo
La parroquia de Píntag es una parroquia que se encuentra en constante crecimiento,
y debido a tener una mina de material pétreo hay constante movilización de vehículos y la
mayoría de personas se encuentran dedicadas a la actividad del transporte, pero debido a
tener 3 lavadoras y lubricadoras, la mayoría de personas salen a realizar los
mantenimientos de sus vehículos fuera de la parroquia, y no se han realizado estudios
anteriores en la parroquia. De lo cual se ha realizado una encuesta y el 96% de las personas
están de acuerdo en que una lavadora y lubricadora debe posicionarse para iniciar sus
actividades, satisfaciendo así la necesidad de los habitantes de la parroquia y realizando un
estudio deductivo- inductivo. Realizando una serie de estudios en el ámbito situación
actual, económico y marketing se llegó a la conclusión que la lavadora y lubricadora debe
posicionarse en Píntag y de ellas misma iniciarán las ganancias para seguir con la
ampliación de la infraestructura del negocio. Para iniciar las actividades en el negocio se
necesita $ 54.500,00usd, de los cuales estarán distribuidos por porcentajes en un capital
propio y por fuentes externas, se conoce que se recuperará al primer año de servicio. Este
proyecto esta viable pues al proponer la creación de una lavadora y lubricadora en una
parroquia que se dedica al transporte, y al mismo tiempo las que ya se encuentran en el
mercado no están proporcionando la satisfacción del cliente.
