RESUMEN
El presente trabajo de investigación surge con la necesidad de crear un sistema de
información para el Comité Pro Mejoras del Barrio Rancho San Antonio Alto, ya quctualmente carece de procesos automatizados y óptimos que permitan brindar una mejortención a los socios del barrio.
Ante esta problemática se implantó un sistema informático orientado a la web quepermite gestionar los procesos de multas, certificados, eventos y reportes; para edesarrollo de la solución se utilizó una interesante y actual metodología ágil (SCRUM)rquitectura en capas, patrón de diseño MVC y herramientas informáticas como los sonVisual Studio.NET para la creación y SQL Server para la elaboración de la base de datos.
En conclusión, este sistema es el fruto de una ardua tarea de investigación ydesarrollo que ha servido para beneficiar a un gran número de personas después de su
implementación y afianzar los conocimientos y el dominio de las habilidadeprofesionales en la carrera de Sistemas Informáticos.

ABSTRACT
The present research work arises with the need to create an information system for
the Rancho San Antonio Alto Neighborhood Pro-Improvement Committee, as it currently
lacks automated and optimal processes to provide better service to the neighborhood
partners.
In view of this problem, a web-oriented computer system was implemented to
manage the fines, certificates, events and reports processes; for the development of the
solution, using an interesting and current agile methodology (SCRUM), layered
rchitecture, MVC design pattern and computer tools such as they are: Visual Studio.NET
for the creation and SQL Server for the elaboration of the database.
In conclusion, this system is the result of an arduous task of investigation and
development that has served to benefit to many people after its implementation and
strengthen the knowledge and domain of professional skills in the career of Computer
ystems.
