RESUMEN
La tecnología informática es indispensable en el progreso de las empresas y de todo el mundo ya
que actualmente todos los países están ingresando a la era de la automatización de la
información.
Hoy actualmente las empresas basan su crecimiento en el desarrollo y soporte de sistemas
informáticos, todas las áreas utilizan estas herramientas para el acopio y manejo de datos ya que
en los tiempos actuales la gran cantidad de información que se almacena se aria trabajoso de
manejar.
Dado que la micro-empresa necesita llevar un control en la facturación de todos los productos
que la empresa comercializa y un control del inventario de existencias se ve en la necesidad de la
implementación de un sistema que automatice todos los procesos.
La implementación del sistema informático de gestión de inventario y facturación se lo realizó
utilizando los siguientes lenguajes PHP Y MySQL ya que son herramientas libres.
Una vez terminado el desarrollo del sistema informático se procedió a realizar las pruebas
necesarias a cada uno de los módulos con los usuarios encargados de cada área con la ayuda de
ellos se procedió a realizar los cambios necesarios y se lo pudo entregar el sistema en ópti mas
circunstancias cumpliendo con todos los requisitos exigidos por la mecánica automotriz JC.

ABSTRACT
Information technology is essential in the progress of companies and all over the world as all
countries are currently entering the era of information automation.
Nowadays the companies base their growth on the development and support of computer
systems, all the areas use these tools for the collection and handling of data since in the current
times the great amount of information that is stored will be hard to handle.
Given that the micro-company needs to keep track of the billing of all the products that the
company markets and a stock inventory control, it is necessary to implement a system that
automates all processes.
The implementation of the computerized inventory and billing management system was done
using the following PHP and MySQL languages as they are free tools.
Once the development of the computer system was completed, the necessary tests were carried
out on each of the modules with the users in charge of each area, with the help of them, the
necessary changes were made and the system could be delivered in optimal circumstances.
