dc.description	Child labor is one of the main worldwide social issues. In Ecuador, in the present it is common to find children in urban and rural places, selling food products, washing windshields or juggling. In order to relieve this social issue, there are several projects that are being done around the country. For instance, the Ecuadorian Government assumed the challenge of eradicating child labor and turn it into a policy of the Government, in the present, it is part of The Well-Living National Plan 2013-2017. In Quito, the Municipality and the Board San Jose launched a campaign “Solidary Quito without Child Labor and Begging” in December 2016, the purpose of it, is to reduce the begging and child abuse. dc.description.abstract	El trabajo infantil es una de las problemáticas sociales más graves a escala mundial. En Ecuador, hoy en día, es común encontrar a menores en espacios urbanos y rurales, vendiendo productos alimenticios o snacks, lavando parabrisas o haciendo malabares. Para aliviar este problema social existen varios proyectos que se realizan a escala nacional. Por ejemplo, el gobierno ecuatoriano asumió el reto de erradicar el trabajo infantil y convertirlo en una política de Estado, actualmente, es parte del Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir 2013 – 2017. En Quito, el Municipio y el Patronato San José, en diciembre de 2016 realizaron la campaña “Quito Solidario sin Trabajo Infantil y Sin Mendicidad”, el fin fue reducir la mendicidad y la explotación infantil.
