Resumen:
La presente investigación se encuentra respaldada en los análisis de los principales
fundamentos teóricos y métodos de investigación para el sustento de las bases de la
propuesta.
Los instrumentos utilizados en el diagnostico como las encuestas a visitantes y turistas
realizada en la población de Papallacta y en especial en los diferentes balnearios termales,
determinaron el poder definir las estrategias, desarrolladas actualmente por el autor de esta
investigación, que no difiere sustancialmente para la participación en el desarrollo sostenible
del GAD. Parroquial, en la aplicabilidad de la propuesta a futuro en el mejoramiento y
desarrollo de la Parroquia de Papallacta.
La investigación determino a través del diagnóstico la realidad de cómo es el perfil del
visitante cuáles son sus preferencias en el desarrollo de sus actividades en los diferentes
atractivos turísticos de la Parroquia de Papallacta.
El programa de fortalecimiento turístico propuesto en la investigación pretende ser un
referente para administradores del GAD Parroquial en el mejoramiento del proceso de
desarrollo sostenible, en las nuevas generaciones de empresarios y emprendedores del
turismo, a través de actividades y acciones especializadas y actualizadas

The present investigation is supported in the analysis of the main theoretical foundations
and research methods for the support of the bases of the proposal.
The instruments used in the diagnosis, such as visitor and tourist surveys carried out in
the population of Papallacta and especially in the different thermal spas, determined that the
strategies currently developed by the author of this research do not differ substantially for
participation in the sustainable development of the GAD. Parochial in the applicability of
the proposal for the future in the improvement and development of the Parish of Papallacta.
The investigation determined through the diagnosis the reality of what the profile of the
visitor is, what their preferences are in the development of their activities in the different
tourist attractions of Papallacta Parish.
The tourism strengthening program proposed in the research aims to be a reference for
administrators of Parish GAD in the improvement of the process of sustainable development,
in the new generations of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs of tourism, through activities and
specialized and updated actions.
