Resumen:

La creación de una operadora turística para la ciudad de Guaranda, provincia de Bolívar, a fin de ofrecer servicios turísticos a nacionales y extranjeros que visiten el cantón y la provincia, es el objetivo central de ésta investigación, pues, se pretende determinar la factibilidad y viabilidad de constituir una empresa, encaminada a brindar al turista una experiencia novedosa y creativa, cuyo sello sea la prestación de un servicio eficaz y de calidad, con precios accesibles según el tipo de cliente y sus necesidades, lo que genere beneficio para ambas partes. En este estudio se han recopilado antecedentes, definiciones, cifras, entre otros datos, que han permitido establecer la importancia del sector turismo dentro del Ecuador y el mundo, así como también, a ubicarlo como una fuente de ayuda en el crecimiento de las economías pujantes, en la actualidad. Se ha podido comprobar que, tanto para el cantón Guaranda y la provincia, el desarrollo y explotación del sector turismo, ayudaría a dinamizar su economía seccional y, alcanzar, por ende, la consecución del tan ansiado bien común. A través del análisis del macro y micro entorno se ha podido analizar cuáles son los factores que influenciarán a la empresa durante su desarrollo y ejecución, por lo que, con ayuda de encuestas, se ha podido evaluar sobre el conocimiento, el interés y la opinión que tiene el turista; así como también, conocer sobre la motivación y la satisfacción que tiene el turista al visitar la parroquia rural Salinas, cuyo resultado permitirá a la administración de la empresa, determinar los lineamientos que vayan encaminados a operaciones y procesos que generen rentabilidad a largo plazo, lo cual va unido a un estudio de mercado, que permitirá fijar el precio, el producto, la promoción y la comercialización de los paquetes turísticos a ser ofertados dentro de la operadora, pero siempre tratando de contribuir con la implementación de políticas que conlleven al cuidado del medio ambiente, para coadyuvar a un desarrollo sostenible. The creation of a tourist operator for Guaranda's city, province of Bolivar, in order to offer tourist services to natives and foreigners who visit the canton and the province, is the central aim of this one investigation, so, one tries to determine the feasibility and viability of constituting a company, directed to offering to the tourist a new and creative experience, which stamp is the presentation of an effective service and of quality, with accessible prices according to the type of client and his needs, in order to be of benefit to both parts. In this study there have been compiled precedents, definitions, numbers, between other information, which have allowed to establish the importance of the sector tourism inside the Ecuador and the world, as well as also, source of help in the growth of the forceful economies, at present. One could have verified that, so much for the canton Guaranda and the province, the development and exploitation of the sector tourism; it would help to stir his sectional economy into action and, to reach for ended, the attainment of so longed commonly well. Across the analysis of the macro and micro environment could have analyzed which are the factors that they will influence to the company during his development and execution, for what, with help of surveys, one could have evaluated on the knowledge, the interest and the opinion that the tourist has; as well as also, to know on the motivation and the satisfaction that the tourist has when the rural parish visits Salt mines, which result will allow to the administration of the company, determine the limits that are directed to operations and processes that generate long-term profitability, which is joined to a market research, which will allow to fix the price, the product, the promotion and the commercialization of the tourist packages to being offered inside the operator, but, always trying to contribute with the implementation of policies that they carry to the environmental care, to contribute to a sustainable development.
