dc.description	The present research work seeks to contribute to the few studies on Entrepreneurship as a discipline of scientific knowledge; proposing the creation of an institute at a technological level for the training of professionals specialized in Entrepreneurship and Innovation sponsored by the Foundation Center for Training Support and Development of Projects "SAFIQUI" with headquarters in the city of Quito. In the first chapter, it gathers an existing dogma on the entrepreneurial culture making a tour through the academic chronology; also makes a revision on the Reforms to the Organic Law of Higher Education (LOES); since with the reforms approved in May 2018, Higher Technologies were dignified and promoted as they were recognized as third level careers with the option of Technological Master's Degrees. In the second chapter, the proposal is supported through surveys and interviews with an objective group where relevant results are gathered regarding Labor Competencies as a predominant factor in the failures of entrepreneurs. In the final chapter, a proposal is presented for the creation of the Technological Institute "KASAMA" of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, with three career profiles: Entrepreneurship and Innovation; Project Management and Industrial Modeling in Special Alloys. dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación busca aportar a los escasos estudios sobre el Emprendimiento como una disciplina del conocimiento científico; proponiendo la creación de un instituto a nivel tecnológico para la formación de profesionales especializados en Emprendimiento e Innovación auspiciado por la Fundación Centro de Capacitación Apoyo y Desarrollo de Proyectos “SAFIQUI” con domicilio en la ciudad de Quito. En el primer capítulo recoge dogma existente sobre la cultura emprendedora haciendo un recorrido por la cronología académica; también hace una revisión sobre las Reformas a la Ley Orgánica de Educación Superior (LOES); ya que con las reformas aprobadas en mayo 2018 se dignificó y se impulsó las Tecnologías Superiores al ser reconocidas como carreras de tercer nivel con opción a Maestrías Especializadas a nivel Tecnológico. En el segundo capítulo se sustenta la propuesta a través de encuestas y entrevistas a un grupo objetivo donde se recogen resultados relevantes con respecto a las competencias laborales como un factor predominante en los fracasos de los emprendedores. En el capítulo final se presenta una propuesta para la creación del Instituto Tecnológico “KASAMA” de Emprendimiento e Innovación, con tres perfiles de carreras: Emprendimiento e Innovación; Manejo de Proyectos y Modelaje Industrial en Aleaciones Especiales; de las tres carreras tomamos a la Tecnología Superior en Innovación y Emprendimiento para realizar el proyecto de creación.
