dc.description	ABSTRACT The objective of this project is to evaluate the feasibility for the creation of REA Consulting Cia Ltda., SMEs specialized in providing advisory services in Accounting and Taxation, domiciled in the Calderón Parish of the DMQ; In the first chapter reference is made to the microenterprise environment in the world, Latin America and Ecuador and similar work done in this regard, to finish conceptualizing certain issues relevant to the creation of a company. In the second chapter, a statistical calculation of a representative sample is performed to obtain quantitative data on the perception of the target public for accounting and taxation services and surveys to determine qualitatively how the competition works. Chapter three considers the creation of the company based on the elaboration of the relevant points of the Business Plan; make a calculation of demand and supply, to conclude with a financial projection to determine the feasibility. As an additional bonus, a Marketing Mix Plan is incorporated into the proposal, which will allow the company to have a path to startup in the event that the company enters into operation. dc.description.abstract	RESUMEN El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo evaluar la factibilidad para la creación de REA Consulting Cia Ltda., Pymes especializada en brindar servicios de asesoría en Contabilidad y Tributación, domiciliada en la Parroquia de Calderón del DMQ; en el primer capítulo se hace referencia al entorno microempresarial en el mundo, américa latina y el Ecuador y sobre trabajos similares realizados al respecto, para terminar conceptualizando ciertos temas relevantes para la creación de una empresa. En el segundo capítulo se ejecuta un cálculo estadístico de una muestra representativa que permita obtener datos cuantitativos sobre la percepción del público objetivo para con los servicios de contabilidad y tributación y encuestas para determinar cualitativamente como trabaja la competencia. En el capítulo tres se plantea la creación de la empresa partiendo de elaborar los puntos relevantes del Plan de Negocios; hacer un cálculo de demanda y oferta, para concluir con una proyección financiera para determinar la factibilidad. Como un plus adicional se incorpora a la propuesta un Plan de Marketing Mix que permitirá en el caso de entrar en funcionamiento la empresa disponer de un camino para su puesta en marcha.
