dc.description	Higher education in Ecuador has undergone a strong transformation in terms of science, technology and innovation. These play a very important role since they influence the knowledge of graduates, within the general model of the accreditation of careers and programs is the principle of relevance, this must have deep roots in the university UISRAEL since it is a transversal axis that handles the vision and mission in its declared strategic planning, for this research bibliographies are reviewed on the subject, we also work with a survey and the realization of a focus group that contains directed questions and oriented to better the professional profile of the Auditor Accountant, which gather opinions of experts on the topic of relevance in the accounting and auditing career. dc.description.abstract	La educación superior en el Ecuador ha tenido una fuerte transformación en cuanto a la ciencia, tecnología e innovación estos juegan un papel muy importante ya que influyen en los conocimientos de los graduados, dentro del modelo general de la acreditación de carreras y programas se encuentra el principio de pertinencia, esta debe tener raíces profundas en la universidad UISRAEL ya que es un eje transversal que maneja la visión y misión en su planificación estratégica declarada, para esta investigación se revisa bibliografías sobre el tema, también se trabaja con una encuesta y la realización de un focus group que contienen preguntas direccionadas y orientadas a mejor el perfil profesional del Contador Auditor, las cuales recogen opiniones de expertos en el tema de la pertinencia en la carrera de Contabilidad Pública y Auditoría.
