dc.description	The elaboration of a management model based on corporate social responsibility for a public institution in the area of health should be an opportunity to develop the writing of the organization and the sustainable development of the organizations. In this context, the problem of how to improve and improve the social and environmental aspect of the Luis Gabriel Dávila Hospital in the city of Tulcán has been raised. The general objective of this research is to develop a management model based on corporate social responsibility that allows improving the relevant aspects. The importance of this type of models lies in the fact that agglomerations are the axes of the economic, environmental and social, the basis of sustainable development, the areas where Ecuador seeks to develop through its development plan, anchored to The Agenda 2030 and the millennium goals. The Management Model for Corporate Social Responsibility seeks all the activities that are carried out at the Luis Gabriel Dávila Hospital, which is framed within the principles of sustainability in the social, economic and environmental areas. as an entity committed to the environment and society; Being ethical in every action to perform. dc.description.abstract	La elaboración de un modelo de Gestión basado en la responsabilidad social empresarial para una institución pública en el área de la salud debe ser una oportunidad para desarrollar políticas públicas enfocadas a garantizar la transparencia del accionar del Estado hacia la sociedad y desarrollo sustentable de las organizaciones. Bajo este contexto se ha planteado el problema de cómo puede contribuir a la mejora de aspectos sociales y ambientales del Hospital Luis Gabriel Dávila de la ciudad de Tulcán. El objetivo general de la presente investigación es desarrollar un modelo de gestión basado en responsabilidad social empresarial que permita mejorar los aspectos mencionados. La importancia de este tipo de modelos radica en que agrupa tres importantes ejes como lo son el económico, ambiental y social, constituyéndose la base del desarrollo sustentable, que son áreas las cuales el Ecuador busca desarrollar a través de su plan de desarrollo, anclado a la Agenda 2030 y a los objetivos del milenio. El Modelo de Gestión Basado en Responsabilidad Social Empresarial busca que todas las actividades que se desarrollan en el Hospital Luis Gabriel Dávila estén enmarcadas dentro de los principios de sustentabilidad tanto en el área social, económica y ambiental, esto le permitirá a la institución mejorar su posición como una entidad comprometida con el medio ambiente y la sociedad; siendo éticos en cada accionar que realice.
