Resumen:
La empresa Evento Show es una entidad de tipo privada que se dedica a ofrecer servicios
de catering, sin embargo, es una entidad no obligada a llevar contabilidad, pero en los últimos
dos años se han diseñado los Estados Financieros que se estructuran por el Estado de
Resultados y por el Balance General, pero por la falta de conocimiento en la interpretación de
los datos se presenta el siguiente problema central que es el inadecuado manejo financiero en
la empresa evento show de la ciudad de Quito, bajo estas circunstancias el presente estudio se
enfoca en el mejoramiento del manejo financiero de la empresa Evento Show, por lo que
para ello es necesario aplicar un análisis financiero del negocio en el que se identifiquen la
realidad de las cuentas que conforman el Estados de Resultados y del Balance General,
indicadores que permitirán a los miembros de la organización tomar decisiones en beneficio
para el desarrollo y la sostenibilidad de la misma en un mercado altamente competitivo.

The company Event Show is a private entity that is dedicated to offering catering services,
however, it is an entity not obliged to keep accounts, but in the last two years the Financial

Balance, but due to the lack of knowledge in the interpretation of the data, the following
central problem is presented: inadequate financial management in the company show event of
the city of Quito, under these circumstances the present study focuses on in the improvement
of the financial management of the Event Show company, for which reason it is necessary to
