RESUMEN
El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo implementar un sistema web de gestión
de fichas médicas para la organización “SALUD INTEGRAL PARA TODOS”, bajo la
metodología Scrum aplicada al desarrollo ágil de software por la importante característica
de permitir su aplicación a grupos de trabajo con un número limitado de personas y la
capacidad de ofrecer en poco tiempo entregables que satisfagan las necesidades del
usuario final, mismo que forma parte del grupo y está en constante interacción con el
desarrollador del Sistema.
Luego de la investigación llevada a cabo utilizando como herramienta fichas de
observación se implementa un procedimiento automatizado para el agendamiento de citas
médicas que van ligadas a un horario definido para cada profesional médico para
posteriormente hacer el registro histórico de atención a pacientes.
Finalmente se concluye con el trabajo de implementación de la solución
desarrollada para la organización.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this project is to implement a web management system for medical
records for the organization " SALUD INTEGRAL PARA TODOS ", under the Scrum
methodology applied to the agile development of software due to the important
characteristic of allowing its application to working groups with a number limited of
people and the ability to offer deliverables in a short time that satisfy the needs of the end
user, who is part of the group and is in constant interaction with the System developer.
After the research carried out using observation tools as an observation tool, an
automated procedure is implemented for scheduling medical appointments that are linked
to a defined schedule for each medical professional to subsequently make the historical
record of patient care.
Finally, it concludes with the work of implementation of the solution developed for
the organization.
