Resumen:
COPY&PRINT, es una empresa que presta servicios de imprenta, diseño gráfico y
tributación, por la variedad de servicios que ofrece la empresa es que su cartera de clientes
en grande y la satisfacción de ellos depende de que sus solicitudes sean atendidas a tiempo.
Es por esto que el presente trabajo consiste en el desarrollo e implementación de un sistema
CRM (Customer Relationship Management), el cual se encargará de la gestión de clientes,
órdenes de trabajo, seguimiento de tareas y envió de campañas publicitarias, este sistema
será Web, el cual estará implantado en un servidor propio de la empresa.
La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo del sistema es XP (Extreme Programing),
la misma que al ser una metodología ágil tiene una respuesta efectiva al cambio en cualquier
etapa en la que se encuentre el proyecto.
El sitio web se realizará con las herramientas SQL Server 2008 R2 como gestor de
base de datos, Visual Studio 2017, en las interfaces del sistema bootstrap, java script y la
arquitectura está en el modelo vista-controlador (MVC).
El sistema consta de los módulos de Administración para asignación de roles y
permisos de los usuarios, Ingreso y seguimiento de órdenes de trabajo, Envió de publicidad
a los clientes y Generación de reportes.
