Resumen:
El actual proyecto de investigación comprende el entendimiento del manejo y control de
los presupuestos de las diferentes construcciones que se llevan a cabo dentro de la
industria, teniendo como mejora medir los tiempos de entrega de una obra, además de
tener un registro adecuado de los ingresos y egresos de materiales. El lenguaje que se
utilizara para su desarrollo es Genexus, mismo que es utilizado muy comúnmente por
programadores y desarrolladores para crear aplicaciones de acceso múltiple y de gran
confianza al sistema. En la implementación de la aplicación se utilizará como sistema
operativo de preferencia Windows a partir de la versión 7 en adelante ya que es el sistema
operativo de mayor concurrencia en el mundo y por facilitar las operaciones en el cliente.
Cabe recalcar que para la programación de la aplicación a desarrollarse se investigaron y
analizaron todos los procesos que este conlleva para poder dar información certera y
precisa tales como el análisis de precio unitario por rubro, entendiéndose así los
parámetros que intervienen en cada uno de ellos como son: mano de obra, equipos y
materiales para de esta manera sea mucho más factible al momento de generar el
presupuesto ya que se obtiene como resultado mediante cuantificación la cantidad de
obreros, equipos y material que se destinara al proyecto a emplearse.

The current research project includes the understanding of the management and control
of the budgets of the different constructions that are carried out within the industry, having
as an improvement to measure the delivery times of a work, in addition to having an
adequate record of the income and material expenses. The language that will be used for
its development is Genexus. Which is very commonly used by programmers and
developers to create multiple access applications and great confidence in the system. In
the implementation of the application will be used as Windows operating system
preferably from version 7 onwards since it is the operating system with the highest
concurrency in the world and for facilitating operations on the client. It should be noted
that for the programming of the application to be developed all the processes that this
entails were investigated and analyzed in order to be able to give accurate and precise
information such as the analysis of the unit price per item, thus understanding the
parameters that intervene in each of them as are: labor, equipment and materials to be
much more feasible in this way to generate the budget since it is obtained by quantifying
the amount of workers, equipment and material that will be used for the project to be
used.
