dc.description	The present investigation develops a Strategic Plan for the Parador D 'Grecia, located in the Vía Quinindé Santo Domingo km 8, City of Santo Domingo de los Colorados Province of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, with the purpose of locating and diagnosing the areas to intervene , to demonstrate the feasibility of the processes in customer service and operability. The mixed methodology is used as they represent a set of empirical and critical processes and involve the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, with its tool the survey and interview to know important aspects in the company's administrative processes, as a result was determined that the company does not have a business philosophy and that the adequacy of the place is not the most feasible. In addition, the current situation has been identified and evaluated to establish some trends that will improve the company. In the aspect of economic income, the restaurant has a good performance which allows the implementation of the Strategic Plan, with a percentage of own capital. The Parador D 'GRECIA will obtain a great help if the owners consider the strategies and recommendations established at the end of this Strategic Plan. dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación desarrolla un Plan Estratégico para el Parador D’ Grecia, ubicaen la Vía Quinindé Santo Domingo km 8, Ciudad de Santo Domingo de los ColoraProvincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, con la finalidad de ubicar y diagnosticar áreas a intervenir, para demostrar la viabilidad de los procesos en atención al cliente operatividad. Se utiliza la metodología mixta ya que representan un conjunto de proceempíricos y críticos e implican la recolección y análisis de datos cuantitativos cualitativos, con su herramienta la encuesta y entrevista para conocer aspectos importantesen los procesos administrativos de la empresa, como resultado se determinó que la emprno cuenta con una filosofía empresarial y que la adecuación del lugar no es la más factiAdemás, se ha identificado y evaluado la situación actual para establecer algunatendencias que vayan en la mejora de la empresa. En el aspecto de ingresos económicos, restaurante tiene un buen desempeño lo que permite la ejecución del Plan Estratégico, un porcentaje de capital propio. El Parador D’ GRECIA, obtendrá una gran ayuda si propietarios consideran las estrategias y recomendaciones establecidas al final de este PEstratégico.
