dc.description	ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to build a programming element for the configuration of passive NFC devices, which allow visualizing medical records of patients on a Smartphone with NFC, to help doctors and nurses in their daily work. The methodological development of the project applied a quantitative study, since it has a specific problematic approach, as well as an objective and description, to the extent that it aims to describe the state and characteristics of NFC technology. For the construction of the programming element two important parts were taken into account: the design of the hardware with the respective programming of the Arduino controllers (ATmega 328), and the programming of the web application, mobile application, server, and database. In conclusion, an information system was implemented that guarantees that 100% of users (doctors and nurses) can access the information (a medical record) of inpatients in a health home easily and quickly from a mobile device with communication NFC by using an Android application. dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de la presente investigación es construir un elemento programador para la configuración de dispositivos NFC pasivos, que permiten visualizar fichas médicas de pacientes en un Smartphone con NFC, con la finalidad de ayudar a los médicos y enfermeras en su labor diaria. El desarrollo metodológico del proyecto aplicó un estudio cuantitativo, ya que el mismo tiene un enfoque problemático específico, así como un objetivo y una descripción, en la medida que pretende describir el estado y las características de la tecnología NFC. Para la construcción del elemento programador se tomaron en cuenta dos partes importantes: el diseño del hardware con la respectiva programación de los controladores Arduino (ATmega 328), y la programación de la aplicación web, aplicación móvil, servidor y base de datos. Concluyendo, se implementó un sistema informativo que garantiza que el 100% de los usuarios (médicos y enfermeras) pueden acceder a la información (ficha médica) de los pacientes internos en alguna casa de salud de forma sencilla y rápida desde un dispositivo móvil con comunicación NFC mediante el uso de una aplicación Android.
