dc.description	This work document describes the "DEVELOPMENT OF THE SYSTEM FOR MANAGEMENT OF LABORATORY EXAM ORDERS WITH NON-OWNING TOOLS FOR THE ECUA-AMERICAN COMPANY" as a solution to optimize the order management process, reducing costs and achieving acceptable quality. For the implementation of this project, Scrum was used, this methodology allows periodic checks to be carried out, at the end of each period a demonstration is carried out with the client to receive feedback. The system will have user management by profile which is doctor, laboratory, receptionist and administrator. The system workflow will cover the management of laboratory test orders made up of sample tubes according to the exams required by the patient. This system was tested on local servers of the company which is located in the D.M. Quito to comply with the parameters of the current processes and the confidentiality of the information that the system will store.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Este documento de trabajo describe el “DESARROLLO DEL SISTEMA PARA GESTIÓN DE ÓRDENES DE EXÁMENES DE LABORATORIO CON HERRAMIENTAS NO PROPIETARIAS PARA LA EMPRESA ECUA-AMERICAN” como solución para optimizar el proceso de gestión de las órdenes, reduciendo costos y logrando una calidad aceptable. Para la implementación de este proyecto se utilizó Scrum, esta metodología permite realizar controles periódicos al trabajo realizado, al final de cada periodo se realiza una demostración con el cliente para recibir una retroalimentación. El sistema contará con gestión de usuarios por perfil los cuales son médico, laboratorista, recepcionista y administrador. El flujo de trabajo del sistema abarcará con la gestión de órdenes de exámenes de laboratorio compuestas por tubos de muestra acorde a los exámenes requeridos por el paciente. Es sistema fue probado en servidores locales de la empresa la cual está localizada en el D.M. Quito para cumplir con los parámetros de los procesos actuales y la confidencialidad de la información que el sistema almacenará.
