dc.description	In the present investigation, the design for the creation of a logistics and land transport company of heavy cargo at national level, located in the city of Quito, in the San Bartolo sector, that meets the needs of potential customers, providing Security and speed of delivery. Chapter I lists the relevant theoretical concepts to support research; citing, in addition, previous research works, related to the study problem. In Chapter II the methodological framework of the present investigation is developed through which the survey technique is established, which served to collect the information and allowed to design the proposal, as well as the calculation of the population and study sample, Finally, you can find the results obtained by applying the selected tools. In Chapter III there is the development of the research proposal, within which the administrative, technical, legal, environmental and financial study has been carried out that allows to reflect the feasibility of the proposal, as well as marketing strategies have been established applicable to the project. dc.description.abstract	En la presente investigación se explica ordenadamente el diseño para la creación de una empresa de logística y transporte terrestre de carga pesada a nivel nacional, ubicada en la ciudad de Quito, en el sector San Bartolo, que satisfaga las necesidades de los clientes potenciales, brindando seguridad y rapidez en la entrega. En el Capítulo I se enlistan los conceptos teóricos relevantes para dar sustento a la investigación; citando, además, trabajos de investigación previos, relacionados con el problema de estudio. En el Capítulo II se encuentra desarrollado el marco metodológico de la presente investigación mediante el cual se establece la técnica de la encuesta, el cual sirvió para recolectar la información y permitió diseñar la propuesta, así como el cálculo de la población y muestra de estudio, finalmente se puede encontrar los resultados obtenidos por la aplicación de las herramientas seleccionadas. En el Capítulo III se encuentra el desarrollo de la propuesta de investigación, dentro de la cual se ha realizado el estudio administrativo, técnico, legal, ambiental y financiero que permite reflejar la factibilidad de la propuesta, así como también se han estableció estrategias de marketing aplicables al proyecto.
