dc.description.abstract	El trabajo investigativo titulado análisis del procedimiento administrativo sancionador en materia deportiva, en la Secretaria del Deporte, está sustentado en un marco teórico, que determina las fuentes de la administración pública y el derecho administrativo pertinente, para verificar y contrastar con el marco metodológico, los procesos sancionadores realizados en la Secretaria del Deporte, con la finalidad de verificar si los mismos fueron ejecutados de acuerdo a la normativa legal vigente, para que puedan respetarse los derechos de los administrados, que se encuentran estipulados en la Constitución de la Republica, así como si tiene un procedimiento establecido para el mismo, una vez implementadas las encuestas y de acuerdo a las teorías plasmadas en el documento, se realizara un propuesta de reglamento para llevar de una manera correcta los procesos administrativos sancionadores por parte de la Secretaria del Deporte.
